Bought a Single Family home in 2019 in Waynesville, NC.

We were pleased with the details that were part of The Morris Teams service.  Since the home was not occupied on a full-time basis, and was in a somewhat remote area, the steps they took to open blinds, turn on heat, etc. to make sure the property would show well were greatly appreciated.  The after-showing follow up to make sure things were turned off and locked up properly gave us assurance that the listing was in good hands.  The Morris’s remained engaged in the sales process throughout the listing period and proved to be a helpful resource to us as out-of-area owners/ sellers with some very specific criteria.
